Back when it didn’t take much excuse for a woman to buy a new hat (these days this gotta-have-it tendency is more about shoes), women often invested in a Valentine’s Day Hat. The new exhibit of Valentine’s Hats at the Fielder House will run through February 14 and was curated by Geraldine Mills. Some of the hats date to the late 1800 and early 1900s.
