Meet the Team

Stephanie

Stephanie

Certified Dental Assistant

Stephanie was born in Fresno, CA and moved to Texas when she was four years old.
She attended Kaplan College where she received her state and nitrous oxide certifications in 2013.
And now, she’s definitely a busy girl in our one-assistant office! Stephanie’s favorite part of dentistry
is seeing the results in a cosmetic procedure and watching patients walk out the door with smiles they’re already loving showing off.
When not helping her patients, Stephanie spends time with her beautiful daughter and enjoys watching her play sports. Being a big fan of fitness and health herself,
Stephanie spends a fair amount of time in the gym, too.

Ashley

Ashley

Registered Dental Hygienist

Ashley received her bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1999. Since then, she’s developed a passion for getting to know her patients on the personal level that has allowed her to address all their individual goals for oral health. It’s important to Ashley to provide gentle yet thorough care to each and every patient—and she takes pride in meeting that standard every day.
Ashley and her husband, Tony, live in Cedar Hill and have two young sons, Rush and Nash. They also have spoiled rotten dogs! Ashley loves spending time with her family, traveling and reading. And she has a special love for rescuing and fostering dogs in need.

Belinda

Belinda

Registered Dental Hygienist

Belinda was born and raised in Midland, Texas. She attended Baylor University and completed her education at Baylor College of Dentistry in the Dental Hygiene program.
Belinda has worked for Dr. Marchbanks for over 30 years. She has enjoyed helping develop a successful practice that’s respected by the community and peers alike. Being able to work with second and third-generation patients has been especially rewarding for Belinda. Her personal mission has been to create positive dental experiences for all her patients—from ages 3 to 93!
When she’s not at work, Belinda enjoys church activities, reading and being “Nonna” to her six beautiful, active and very opinionated grandchildren.

Carla

Carla

Registered Dental Hygienist

For Carla, life began in Tacoma, Washington on the Ft. Lewis Army Base where her Dad served.
But as she’s hopscotched around, she came to call herself a west Texas girl after growing up primarily in Clyde, close to Abilene. Be sure to chat her up, because you can’t miss the accent!
After high school, Carla attended Dental Assisting School and then completed Dental Hygiene School at Howard College in Big Spring. Later, she completed a bachelor’s degree at Dallas Baptist University.
Carla chooses to spend her free time traveling the world, having fun with friends and family, playing clarinet in the orchestra at Fielder Church, and sailing. She loves the quote, “It is not the direction of the wind, but the set of our sails that determines which way we will go…”

Lisa

Lisa

Business Administrator/Treatment Coordinator

Lisa has been involved in the dental field for over 30 years, starting out as an RDA and working through orthodontics and treatment planning. She has evolved to an administrative and insurance specialist. If you ever have any concerns about your treatment or insurance benefits, Lisa has the answers.
Lisa enjoys all types of outdoor activities including hiking, nature and anything else that has to do with the water. Living at Eagle Mountain Lake, she loves boating and, of course, spending time at the beach.
Although she is not a native Texan, Lisa got here as fast as she could. A resident of Texas for 25 years, she has been with Dr. Marchbanks for many of those. She came to Dr. Marchbanks over 20 years ago—before all of her children were born! Lisa left to raise her children and then returned to his office eight years ago.
Lisa loves helping patients achieve all their dental wants and needs at Dr. Marchbanks’ office.

Tiffany

Tiffany

Patient Coordinator/Treatment Coordinator

Tiffany is a mother of two beautiful girls, Kayla and Alana, and “mother” to two dogs—Blaze and Ozzy. She was born in the Philippines and at the age of seven moved to St. Louis, MO where she resided for 40 years. She only recently relocated to Arlington, TX with her husband, John.
Tiffany has a true passion for people. She enjoys the laughter of others and spreading kindness to everyone she’s blessed to have in her life. And that is precisely the reason she worked for her previous dentist for over 18 years until his retirement. Her patients became not only her friends, but her family.
When she’s not laughing with her amazing family and friends, Tiffany enjoys playing with her fur babies, refurbishing furniture, doing crafts, cooking and doing yard work. And, perhaps most importantly, she enjoys listening to her husband sing and play the guitar.
