Food Truck Fridays Return
Beginning March 13, 11:00 a.m. -2:00 p.m.
The Arlington Parks and Recreation Department is kicking off its spring Food Truck Fridays series for people hankering for some awesome food truck eats and treats. “Our food truck series allows people to join friends or colleagues for a good time eating tasty food and treats on the Founders Plaza park lawn,” said Rental and Lake Services Manager Michael Debrecht. “We will have at least three different food trucks each week there selling their wares.”

Join Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County, The City of Arlington, Rotary Club of Arlington, Rotary Club of Arlington Sunset, ArlingtonAnswers.com, Arlington Independent School District, University of Texas at Arlington and Tarrant County College as we host a Job Fair and Career Expo for Youth and Young Adults. This event is targeted for ages 16-24, but all job seekers are welcome to attend.

The Chris Rivers Band has been the “Official Band of Gilley’s Dallas” for the past five years every Friday and Saturday night. The band also appeared on the new TV series DALLAS. The concert will be in the Big Red Patio next to our family entertainment area of rides and games for all ages. Come out and enjoy the music, shopping and rides that have entertained millions for the past forty years.
